DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISITOR VISA – DUBAI

The supporting documentation that has to be submitted by an applicant is dependent on the Country of Residence. The Mandatory Documents for 30 Day Tourist Visa OR 90 Days Visit Visa are mentioned below:

• Passport Bio Data Page: This is the page in the client’s passport which has the Photo and other personal details.
• Passport Last Page: Certain nationalities have important information on the last page of their passport e.g. India. If your nationality does not have any information on the last page you are free to attach the first page of your passport in this browser.
• Photograph: Each applicant needs to submit a clear color photograph. Preferably the photo should not be cropped from the

• Proof of Residence: This will only be applicable if the client’s Present Nationality and present Country of Permanent Residency is not the same. If this is applicable then the client has to submit their residency visa in the passport.
• Additional Documents for High-Risk Countries: This is only applicable to residents of certain countries when the clients have to submit along with their mandatory documents any one of the following:

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISITOR VISA – SINGAPORE

Documents Required from Applicant :  

1. Application form (14A duly completed and signed by the applicant)
2. 1 recent passport-sized color photograph in white background. The photograph must be in color without a border in white background.
   The face must take 70-80% of the photograph
   Photographs must not be 3 months old.
   The photo must be clear and show your natural skin tone without a hat or cap

3. Original Passport: Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry to Singapore.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISITOR VISA – IRELAND

Documents Required from Applicant :  

• Fully completed and signed online application form.
• Original Passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Ireland following visits.
• A passport with at least two empty pages is required. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of your passport is required.
• Submit all previous passports. A copy of all stamped or containing visas pages of your passport is required. If you have been refused a visa for any other country, details of this, preferably the original letter issued to you by the authorities of that country, should be submitted.
• Two recent (not older than 6 months) photographs 35×45 in color, preferably biometric type with white background.
• Visa fee and service fee
• In addition to the signed summary application form, please also submit a signed letter of application:
• Outlining your reason for wishing to visit Ireland,
• Giving details of any members of your family who are currently in Ireland, or any other EU State.
• Stating how long you plan to stay,
• Undertaking that you will observe the conditions of your visa, that you will not become a burden on the State, and that you will leave the State on the expiry of your permission to remain.
• Extract of Turkish family book (Nüfus) showing civil status, parents, spouse, children and siblings. Document should be translated in details (Each word translation is required; translation should be veried by Ocial translator).
• Evidence of obligations to return to your country of permanent residence following this visit:
• If you are employed a letter from your employer stating how long you have been employed there. The dates you will be on annual leave from and the date you will be returning to work in that employment.
• If you are a student, a letter from your college outlining what course you are pursuing, how many years you have been a student there, how many years/terms you have left at that college and that you will be returning there following your visit to Ireland.

Company documents:

• Copy of Signature circulars to verify the authority to sign the documents
• Copy of the company registration in chamber of commerce and copy of the bulletin of the trade register.

Tax registration certificate of the Company –

• If child is under 18 travelling alone, consent letter from parents (where applicable)

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUİRED FOR TOURIST VISA APPLICATION:

If you intend to stay in a hotel, hostel, or guest house accommodation, confirmation of your accommodation booking must be submitted.

Air tickets reservation.

A detailed statement of your bank account covering a six-month period immediately prior to your visa application, and showing sucient funds to cover your costs.

THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED IF YOU ARE VISITING FAMILY OR FREINDS:

• A letter of invitation from your contact/host in Ireland conrming that accommodation will be provided for the duration of your visit
• Current utility account bill in name of contact/host for address where you will be accommodated (if any)
• A written undertaking both from yourself and your reference that you will observe the conditions of your visa, that you will not become a burden on the Irish State and that you will leave the State on the expiration of your visa.
• Details of how you are known to, or related to your contact/host, and supporting evidence of this – e.g. birth certicates/marriage certicates

• Copy of your contact/host’s passport, or if contact/host is an Irish citizen, other documentary evidence attesting to Irish citizenship / If reference is not an Irish citizen, evidence of their permission to remain in Ireland, copy of their GNIB card and copy of their passport showing immigration stamps
• Evidence of how applicant intends to nance their trip and support themselves for the duration of their visit, allowing for any unforeseen events such as illness – a detailed bank statement covering a 6 month period immediately prior to their visa application and showing sucient funds to cover all costs
• If reference in Ireland is supporting the applicant, detailed bank statement covering a 6 month period immediately prior to their visa application and showing sucient funds to support applicant for duration of his/ her stay.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISITOR VISA – GERMANY  

Documents Required from Applicant :  

1. Valid passport  with at least 6 months validity and at least two empty pages

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR STUDENT VISA (from Applicant )

The following is a list of some of the documents that you are supposed to carry along with you on the day of the VISA interview.

• Passport size photograph having size 2 inches * 2 inches (approximately 50 mm by 50 mm) plain background. The face on the photograph must occupy approximately 40-50% of the entire photograph.
• Photocopy of Passport having validity of at least six months and having at least one blank page.

• Photocopy of the passport pages bearing “Observation” or “Remarks”. Filled DS-160 application.

• Log onto https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ for the application.

• Printout of a DS-160 confirmation page with barcode Visa Fee Receipt Interview Appointment Letter more than one University, carry all of them

• Proof of payment of deposit to the University, if any Proof of payment of SEVIS Fee Receipt I-901.

• Print two copies of the receipt, one to be submitted to VFS and the other to be carried at the time of Visa Interview.

• Evidence of Scholarship / Aid / Grant, if any Sponsorship Letter from the sponsor on his letterhead or on plain paper if the sponsors are the Parents.

• In case of any other sponsorship, prepare an affidavit of Support on Rs.20 Stamp Paper and get it notarized.

• Educational Certificates, Degrees, Diplomas & Mark sheets Score Reports of TOEFL and GRE / GMAT / SAT Work Experience Certificate / Reference Letter from Employer if Employed Bank Statements / Pass Books of the sponsors for the last Three Years– with the seal, sign, name and designation of the signing authority, showing the availability of funds for entire one year (Tuition + Living Expenses).

• If the Funds have been recently deposited into the Bank a/c, then also show Documentary evidence of where this money has come from. (Recommended) Summary Statement of Assets and Total Income of Family Members Income Tax papers of the sponsor and his family for the last 3 years – I.T. Acknowledgement, Tax Challans, Statement of Computation of Total Income, P & L A/c, Balance Sheet, Form 16, Other TDS Certificates, Salary Certificate, payslips, etc.

• If the sponsor is a Businessman, his Business papers can also be produced like Partnership Deed / Memorandum & Articles Of Association, Income Tax Papers as mentioned above and Bank Statements of Company for last 3 years. Bank / Company Fixed Deposit Certificate Employees Provident Fund, P.P.F Pass Book Proof of all movable and immovable assets Proof of Accommodation in U.S. Resume and Statement of Purpose Project / Synopsis / Thesis, if any.
